Common questions
I can't sign in.
LogDate uses passkeys, not passwords. If your browser says passkeys aren't supported, switch to Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android, or your phone's main browser. Instagram, TikTok, and X open links in their own internal browser, which often blocks the sign-in.
Lost the device with your passkey? Email support and we'll get you back in.
I'm being billed and I don't know why.
Subscriptions are billed wherever you bought them — Apple, Google, or another store. Cancel them in the same place. Send us the receipt and we'll dig in.
I want to delete my account.
Email privacy@logdate.app with your LogDate handle or the email on your account. We confirm within a business day and finish within 30.
We remove your account (handle, email, passkeys) and everything we synced to the cloud — entries, photos, voice notes, and who you shared them with.
Subscriptions you bought through the App Store, Google Play, or another store stay there — cancel them in the same place.
Someone shared something harmful. Take it down.
